some basic skin care tips
- Drink plenty of water. Water removes all the
toxins from your body, which are otherwise harmful and lead to skin
problems. - Exercise at least thrice a week. Exercise
allows your skin to breathe and exfoliate. - If you have dry skin then a wash with a
mixture of milk cream (malai), turmeric powder (haldi), and Gram flour
(besan) will leave your skin glowing. - If you have dandruff problems treat it
immediately. When dandruff falls on your face it reacts with the dirt and
there is an eruption of pimples and blackheads. - Try and use a face scrub every week. Face
scrubs help to remove dead skin but use them only once a week. Make a face
scrub at home itself. Dry some orange peel. Powder it and store it in a
jar. Use it weekly to wash your face. - Fullers Earth (multani mitti) is another good
face wash. Mix fuller’s earth with rose water and lime and wash your face
regularly with it. - Never sleep with make up on. Remove your make
up with any cleansing cream or milk. You can also use almond oil to remove
your make up. - Eat a good balanced meal. Fruits and green
leafy vegetables can do wonders to your skin. A diet rich in vitamin E
also keeps your skin glowing.
