It's Back-to school time around the country, and that means Summer is almost over!
To celebrate "Back-to Mom" time: I am hosting a End of Summer Slimdown contest.
It will require an 8 week commitment, weekly phone check-ins to track pound loss, inch loss, energy, and appetite levels.
